Baesan Imsu is a Korean pub in Seoul that serves fusion Korean food with wine. Each season, the kitchen uses seasonal vegetables in dishes meant to be eaten with wine. The sotbap requires a reservation, and the venue has no sign, which makes it hard to find. Service is slow.
