Aujeong

Aujung is a beef restaurant in Seoul that grills Hanwoo cuts including deungsim, ansim, salchi, and anchangsal. It serves the Premium Set A, yukhoe, and naengmyeon, and staff grill the meat for customers. The Hanwoo ramyeon is boiled at the table, and the seasoning for the yukhoe naengmyeon must be requested separately. The meat is on the fatty side and the prices are high.
