W/PIZZA°

W/PIZZA° is a takeout shop a one-minute walk from Exit 12 of Kyoto Sanjo Station, selling pizza meant to be eaten with one hand. The wagyu pizza puts soft meat, cheese, and white sauce on charcoal-colored dough. The charcoal dough is slightly crisp outside and chewy inside, and the pizza is baked where customers can watch. The shop itself is very small.
