It serves Kyoto-style back fat shoyu ramen, made with a shoyu-based tonkotsu broth plus back fat, along with miso ramen and mazesoba. Orders are placed on a tablet, and the green onions and danmuji on the table are unlimited. The main branch has long wait times.
