Bistro Verjus

Bistro Verjus is a bistro in Kyoto that adds Japanese elements to French cooking, located on the road from Nijo Ohashi to Heian Jingu. The lunch set is a French course with a choice of main, offering chicken, pork confit, or fish. A couple has run the place for a long time, and it is used for dinner and anniversary meals as well as lunch. It is popular and can be full at lunch, so reservations are required.
