Uyeo Gopjeol

Uyeogopjeol is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant in Dongjak-gu, Seoul, near Isu Station, with a retro outdoor seating setup. Its mixed gopchang platter arrives already grilled and includes gopchang, daechang (beef large intestine), and makchang (beef abomasum), served with seasoned chives. A spicy bean sprout tteokbokki comes as a basic snack, and muksabal and fried rice can also be ordered. The grill here is known for intestines packed full without the typical off-putting smell.
