Kukaiya

Kukaiya is a udon restaurant near Pusan National University in Busan that serves Japanese-style sanuki udon and handmade karaage. The noodles are made in-house and used in dishes such as bukkake, flat udon, and kumo butter mentaiko udon. At lunch a wait forms, and in the evening food takes about 20 minutes to arrive. With one menu item per person, double and triple portions can be ordered at no extra charge, and the interior is small.
