KOHARU

Koharu is a restaurant near Pusan National University in Busan that serves Japanese-style ramen and mazesoba. It plays Japanese music, and the chashu is boiled and then finished with a smoky char. A wait forms at mealtimes, but the line moves quickly and the inside is small. The noodles are on the weak side.
