Kkeopsarang Moksarang

Kkepsarang Moksarang is a Korean barbecue restaurant in an alley near Busan National University Station, grilling Jeju pork collar and domestic pork skin. The pork collar is cooked over compressed coconut charcoal, and the pork skin comes in four flavors. When the restaurant is not busy, the owner grills the meat himself and will change the grill plate on request. Grilling it yourself takes some skill, because the meat sticks to the plate often.
