Chungchun Samgyeop

Cheongchun Samgyeop is a grilled-meat restaurant near Pusan National University in Busan that serves thick frozen samgyeopsal (pork belly), quick-frozen daepae, and pork skin. The frozen samgyeopsal is typically eaten as a ssam wrap with myeongnan ssamjang, gosari, and pa jeori. Meat is ordered by 100g, side dishes are self-refilled, and tteokbokki in broth, bokkeum bap, and jjolmyeon are available on the side. Grilling garlic, kimchi, or kongnamul together with the meat is another common way to eat here.
