Sushi Shunei

Sushi Shunei is a small sushi restaurant in Montmartre, Paris, serving Edomae sushi as an omakase course. It brings out the distinct taste, texture and aroma of each fish and the temperature of the sushi, serving shari and gari alongside. At the counter the chef explains the differences between fish and Japanese food culture while talking with guests. With around ten seats, the space is cramped.
