Desaint is a restaurant in the Marais district that serves a French tasting menu built around fruit, vegetables, herbs and grains. The meal is a five-course menu with wine pairing, meant to be eaten at a relaxed pace. Dishes arrive in seven plating stages, and servers explain each stage in English and French. The flavor falls short of the new combinations and plating.
