Passerelle Debilly is a pedestrian bridge over the Seine near the Eiffel Tower in Paris. No cars cross it, so the bridge is a good spot to frame the Seine and the Eiffel Tower in one shot. It was first built as a temporary structure for the 1900 Exposition Universelle. Fewer people are on it at dawn, and locks hung on the railing are cut off by the city.
