The Arc de Triomphe stands at the head of the Champs-Élysées in Paris and is a historic landmark with an observation deck at the top. From the deck, visitors can see the straight road running to Place de la Concorde and the Louvre Museum, the Champs-Élysées, and the Eiffel Tower. An underground passage outside leads to the monument, and the Museum Pass gives free entry to the observation deck. As of February, entry closes at 21:45, and there is no elevator, so visitors climb stairs for about five minutes.
