Mungchi Sutbul Galbi is a one-minute walk from Suraksan Station in Nowon-gu, Seoul, and sits on the basement first floor. It is an old-style grill house serving pork galbi and pork collar, with the pork galbi cooked without marinade to keep the meat's own flavor. Domestic charcoal burns at a steady heat and adds a smoky scent without scorching the meat. The house order is to grill perilla leaf pickles over the charcoal and eat them with yuja strips and wasabi.
