Maetdol Roman

Maetdolroman is a restaurant near the Suraksan entrance in Sanggye-dong, Nowon-gu, Seoul, serving tofu made from domestic soybeans ground on a millstone and sundubu stew. The menu includes deulkkae sundubu, eolkeun sundubu, and chadol sunjji, and the tofu is made by grinding beans on a millstone every day. The tofu-making area is visible, and sundubu and tofu tea can be taken without limit from a self-service corner. Leftover bean pulp is free to take, and there are menu items for vegan diners to choose from.
