Hidingkeu-ui Chueok is a meat restaurant in Gongneung-dong, Seoul, that serves samgyeopsal (pork belly) and pork collar with noodles in a meat wrap. The owner grills the meat at each table and serves it with aged kimchi, bean sprouts and bracken. The grill is preheated and oiled before it comes out, and its large size makes cooking the meat easier. Side dishes change with the season, and at lunch the menu includes a dish made with a rich meat broth.
