Yakiniku Toraji An is a Japanese yakiniku restaurant located down a long corridor in New York's Chinatown. Diners grill meat themselves on a tabletop grill, with thick beef tongue, A5 wagyu, and galbi on offer, and the tongue is seared crisp and dipped in yuzu sauce or house sauce. The lunch jo set includes four cuts of beef and two pieces of wagyu, and staff tell you how long to cook each cut. The restaurant is not visible from the main street, making it hard to find at first.
