Miss Korea BBQ is a Korean restaurant in New York's Koreatown that serves samgyeopsal (pork belly), kimchi stew, and sundubu (soft tofu stew). The samgyeopsal comes with lettuce wraps, garlic, and chili peppers, and staff grill it at the table, while the kimchi stew contains tofu, pork, and enoki mushrooms. It is open 24 hours, but closes from 6 to 7 a.m. for cleaning. The doenjang jjigae is on the salty side.
