Susukino Ramen

Susukino Ramen is a ramen shop in New York's financial district that serves tonkotsu ramen and maki together. The tonkotsu ramen comes with chashu and a soft-boiled egg, and the lunch set pairs ramen or a rice bowl with a salmon and avocado roll. At 11:30 a.m. it is quiet, but around 12:30 p.m. seats fill up quickly. The broth becomes flat toward the end.
