Sun Hing Lung is near Elizabeth Street in New York and sells Cantonese rice rolls and freshly made tofu. The rice rolls are ordered with egg added to the shrimp rice roll and plenty of soy sauce on the side. The rice rolls are made as soon as they are ordered, so the food comes out quickly. There is no seating, so the food is takeout.
