Ovest Pizzoteca

Ovest Pizzoteca serves wood-fired pizza, pasta, and calamari, and sits across from the Sleep No More venue in New York. Adding spicy oil and flakes to the Diavola pizza makes it hot enough to numb the lips, while the calamari comes out plain. A brick oven is visible at the back of the shop, and the bar is open. The pizza dough becomes soft and soggy over time, making it hard to eat.
