Motoishi

Motoishi is a Japanese restaurant in New York that serves grilled meat with a set that includes sundubu. Staff grill the meat in order at the table and explain each cut as they cook it. Tables sit toward the back, out of sight from the entrance, and the interior is a modern, tidy Japanese-style space. Each cut of meat comes with its own name tag.
