Motomachinaka Park is a playground-style park in the city center, a one-minute walk southeast of JR Namba Station. It has three slides and swings, and children play there while office workers eat lunch. There are no benches in the park, but people can sit on stones or a stone wall under the trees, and some bring bread bought nearby to eat. If you spread out a lunch box, pigeons fly up to face height and make eating uncomfortable.
