Yamato

Yamato is an izakaya in Jungang-dong, Busan, that serves grilled skewers. Its signature item is a chicken breast skewer topped with mentaiko, a Japanese-style pairing meant to be eaten with beer. The chicken breast mentaiko skewer is good enough to return for, and the skewer flavors come out more the more you eat. Portions are smaller than expected and the prices are on the higher side.
