Yakiniku Gaek

Yakiniku Gaek is a yakiniku restaurant in Gwangbok-ro, Jung-gu, Busan, at the entrance of Bupyeong Jokbal Alley inside Kkangtong Market. It grills premium wagyu over charcoal, and a two-person set includes cuts such as anchangsal, kkotsal, and anshim, eaten with maldon salt, pepper, a house sauce, and wasabi at a personal grill. The space is small, so reservations are made through CatchTable, and the restaurant was full even on a weekday evening. Lime memil soba and doenjang jjigae with plenty of meat are served alongside the beef.
