Wonjo Sansu Gapsan

Wonjo Sansu Gapsan is a Korean barbecue restaurant in the alleys near Nampo Station in Busan that serves pork galbi. The pork galbi uses only the rib section, with no neck meat, and is grilled completely in the dining hall, eaten with baek kimchi and kimchi stew. On weekends there is a wait, with names called from the second-floor waiting room, and there is a break from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. The grilled meat becomes tough once it cools.
