Subok Senta is an old eatery in the Nampo and Gwangbok-dong area of Busan that serves eomuk and anju. Its signature dishes are seuji eomuktang, made with seuji boiled until soft, and dadakki, made by cutting and seasoning flounder. The broth is reheated by staff when it cools. The place opened after the Korean War and is approaching its seventieth year, and the seating area is small.
