Souju

Souju is a small meat restaurant in Busan that serves aged hanwoo and beef. The aged hanwoo comes with chive pickles, pickled cherry tomatoes, and tomato stew, and the restaurant also stocks alcohol and whisky from around the world. The owner grills each piece of meat and explains the drinks. There are only three tables, so a phone reservation is required.
