Sinchang Toast is a breakfast shop in an alley inside Gukje Market in Busan that serves toast and kongguk. Many customers order the toast and kongguk together, and the toast is grilled in oil. To order, you look at the menu board, take a number ticket, and may wait 30 to 40 minutes until the toast comes out. The toast is greasy and its flavor and fillings have no distinct feature.
