Simple but awesome LOTTE Gwangbok

This specialty shop in the main building of Lotte Department Store Gwangbok in Jungang-dong, Jung-gu, Busan, serves Japanese-style tonkatsu. The loin, premium loin, and tenderloin sets and the mixed katsu set come with rice and buckwheat soba, along with tonkatsu sauce and rose salt. The tonkatsu is fried so the outside is crisp and the inside stays soft. The loin has a weaker meat aroma than at other branches and a dry texture.
