Pyeon-Uibang

Pyeonuibang is a Chinese restaurant in Busan that serves gun mandu, jjin mandu, and samseon mandu. The samseon mandu contains shrimp, chives, wood ear mushrooms, and pork, while the gun mandu has a crisp exterior and juicy filling. At lunchtime there are no seats and customers wait, and after 6 p.m. the hall closes early when other dishes run out of ingredients. The samseon mandu is lightly seasoned, which is a drawback for people who eat salty food.
