Nampo Yang Gopchang

Nampo Yanggopchang is a yanggopchang restaurant near Bupyeong Market in Busan that serves salt-grilled gopchang, special tripe, and gopchang jeongol. The salt-grilled gopchang is eaten with onion soy pickles and ssam vegetables. Sitting at the counter, an auntie sometimes grills the meat for you when there are few customers. The bokkeumbap is wrapped in gim and eaten with aged kimchi.
