Nampo Jjukkumi

Nampo Jjukkumi is a Korean restaurant in Nampo-dong, Busan, that serves seasoned jjukkumi bokkeum and bokkeum bap. The jjukkumi is cooked on a pan and mixed with bean sprouts and buchu, and the level of spiciness can be adjusted. Orders are taken with a timer set, and when the time is up the owner does the stir-frying. The jjukkumi portion is small, so you need to order generously.
