Nampo Jeong

Nampo Jeong is a soup restaurant in the Nampo-dong commercial district of Busan that serves gomtang, seolleongtang, galbitang and naengmyeon. The broth is made from simmered beef bones and holds beef, oxtail and beef tendon, while side dishes and rice are taken from a self-service bar. A QR code opens a foreign-language menu, and photos on the wall show the dishes for choosing. The dining room is large and clean, and staff cut the galbi for diners.
