Mondogane Gopchang

Mondo Gane Yang Gopchang is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant in Nampo-dong, Busan, where yang daechang (beef large intestine) and gopchang are grilled at the table. The menu covers grilled mino and gopchang as well as a jeongol hot pot, plus bibimbap made with mul kimchi and minced gopchang. Mino is tender and comes with other hormone cuts. The medium portion of grilled yang does not include the complimentary gopchang.
