Mitsubusan

Mitsubusan is a brunch restaurant near Jungang Station in Busan that serves sandwiches, pasta, soup, and salad on house-made ciabatta. The ciabatta is crisp outside and soft inside, and tomato potage and ragu pasta are among its signature dishes. On a Saturday around noon, the wait was 10 to 20 minutes, and the space is large with an open kitchen. There is no separate parking lot.
