Mamadoma

Mamadoma is a Japanese restaurant in a Nampo-dong alley in Busan, serving sushi topped with thick cuts of hoe alongside udon, soba and curry donkatsu. Sets such as flounder, salmon and soy-marinated shrimp sushi come with udon. Orders are placed at a kiosk, and the sushi is served with fresh wasabi. There can be a wait after entering and ordering.
