Mama Doenjang is a doenjang restaurant in Busan's Beef Plaza. It serves yeolmu bibimbap, pork bibimbap, and beef doenjang soup. The barley naengmyeon has a lime mustard sourness that is not overpowering, and it is eaten cut with scissors. The noodles are thin but springy.
