Madang Hand-cut Noodle restaurant

Madang Son Kalguksu is an old snack shop in Busan's Gukje Market selling kalguksu, gimbap and ramyeon. When an order comes in, the staff roll out wheat dough by hand and cut it with a knife to make kalguksu and sujebi. The ramyeon selection is varied, and the open kitchen lets you watch the noodles being made and cooked. Cards are not accepted; payment is cash or bank transfer only.
