Jungang Yanggogi is a lamb barbecue restaurant in Busan. It serves lamb loin and lamb skewers as its main cuts, and side dishes come with the meat. The lamb has little of the distinctive gamey smell, and the meat is trimmed and kept fresh. It also sells bottled Tsingtao beer.
