Hwangtae Beot Sama

Hwangtaereul Beotsama is a Korean restaurant in Busan that serves hwangtae jjim, steamed pollack. The dish comes in a sweet-and-sour sauce with plenty of kongnamul and is eaten with gamja sari. Spiciness can be adjusted when ordering, and at lunch a table without a reservation can mean a long wait. The hwangtae ramyeon falls short of the jjim in flavour.
