Hwadeokeul Mannan Godeungeo is a Korean restaurant in Jungang-dong, Busan, that serves grilled fish set meals. The large mackerel is grilled until the outside is crisp and the inside stays moist, with a light smoky note from the fire. Each set comes with seven basic side dishes, self-serve bar side dishes, miyeokguk, and a spicy stew. Besides mackerel, the restaurant also offers ppolgui and maeuntang.
