Hongmun

Hongmun is a Chinese restaurant in Jungang-dong, Busan, serving jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, and other Chinese dishes. Its ganjjajang has a strong wok flavor with thick chunjang, and its samseon jjamppong comes with a white broth. The dining room is fairly large and includes banquet seating, so it suits group meals. Its mulmandu are round with thin wrappers.
