Hanyang Wang Sundae Dwaeji Gukbap

Hanyang Wang Sundae Dwaeji Gukbap is a Korean restaurant in Jungang-dong, Busan, serving dwaeji gukbap, sundae and suyuk. The gukbap comes with a clear, clean-tasting broth, and the menu also includes modum sundae and suyuk baekban, with geotjeori served alongside the sundae or suyuk. The broth is clear and deep, and the suyuk is sliced from samgyeopsal (pork belly) until tender. The sundae carries an herbal aroma, and the gukbap has a strong smell of its own.
