Gyeongbuk Hoejip

Gyeongbuk Hoetjip is a seafood restaurant in Jagalchi, Busan, serving ggomsangeo and hoe. The ggomsangeo is cooked in a mildly spicy sauce and eaten with fried rice, with a spice level comparable to Shin Ramyun. The restaurant gives free corn to children and also handles live flower crabs, and hoe is available for takeout orders. Despite notices that the food is grilled over charcoal, there are cases where it is cooked with foil and a gas burner.
