Gwangbok Sujebj

Gwangbok Sujebi is an old-style sujebi (hand-torn dough soup) restaurant on the second floor of a building in central Nampo, Busan. It serves gamja sujebi, with chewy dough in a clear seaweed and egg broth, and Chungmu gimbap, which comes with seasoned side dishes and no filling. The owner takes orders and cooks the food, and shows the menu with photos of the dishes. The stairway entrance leading up to the second floor is not easy to spot.
