Gogibon

Gogibon is a grilled meat restaurant in Nampo-dong, Busan, that cooks pork specialty cuts over charcoal. Ordering a large specialty cut also brings pork collar and pork skin, and the meal ends with a cheese-heavy kimchi fried rice. The staff pre-sear the meat and grill it at the table, explaining each specialty cut as it cooks. The pork collar is tender, and the pork skin carries no meaty smell.
