Dolsotbapjip

Dolsotbapjip is an old Korean restaurant in the alleys of Nampo-dong, Busan, serving sundubu and doenjang stew with dolsotbap. Ordering a stew brings rice and namul, and water poured into the emptied stone pot makes sungnyung and nurungji. It has held its spot in Nampo-dong for over 40 years and is open from 11:20 a.m. to 8 p.m., and you only need to order a stew. The shop is small, so there is a wait at peak times.
