Dasone Chuksan Jeongyuk Sikdang Busan Jikyeongjeom is a butcher-shop restaurant in Busan where you choose Hanwoo, beef, or pork and grill it yourself. You pick the cut and amount on the first floor, then cook and eat it on the second floor. Rice and stew are ordered separately on the second floor, while salad, lettuce, tofu, and jeon come with the meal. Staff help with meat selection on the first floor and with cooking on the second floor.
